HELCOM

This meeting portal contains meeting documents and e-meeting rooms for contacts and meeting participants within the HELCOM framework. The documents are mostly in pdf-format and can be viewed with a reader programme for pdf-files.

The information in the Meeting portal is organized in Group-specific sub-pages  (e.g. HELCOM MONAS), as seen in the navigation on the left hand side, containing the Group-related documents and discussions.

Restricted use 

Restricted information can only be accessed by the nominated contacts and meeting participants, who have to sign in to the system with their username and password. Documents are classified as restricted until the respective meeting has processed them.

To be able to access the documents your browser must support "cookies". Some advanced features and content creation require enabling Javascript. 

Anonymous use

As an anonymous user you have access to non-restricted documents, reports and minutes contained within the structure.
No sign in required for anonymous use.
